If the number of push-ups can you do? Is it the distance you can run? How well rounded is your diet? Or it could be something like a combination of these things and more?
The more we think, the more we realize that is not the best way to determine what's healthy to tell what I know, healthy.
Starvation diets, foods high in cholesterol, physical inactivity, trans fats, simple sugars, too little sleep, and so on and so forth. This list of what it means to be unhealthy, is very easy to create.
